Custom & Exclusive Orders

If you would like to make a custom request or special order, please contact loriannjewelry@gmail.com to inquire directly. Please provide all details in your email so that we may respond to you as quickly and effectively as possible. We will make our best effort to fulfill your request. Sales are final on all special orders and custom products.

RETURN POLICY

Loriann Jewelry takes great pride in creating beautiful, one of a kind pieces. Many of our pieces are made with exclusively cut natural gemstones that come from the earth. Each stone is unique and may have slight variations in color and characteristics that you are not able to see on the website.

Since each custom piece is made to order, we are not able to accommodate refund requests for one-of-a-kind pieces, special orders or sales items, so please select carefully.

There is an exception for pieces that are not one of a kind, that will be noted at the time of purchase. A merchandise refund will only be offered within 7 days upon receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unaltered, unused and in the same condition which it was received.

All returns must be pre-approved. Please email loriannjewelry@gmail.com  as we will not accept any packages that were not preapproved prior to being shipped.

In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for payment of return shipping. Please insure your package for the cost of items being returned via a trackable method and a signature is required.

Upon receipt of item returned, it will be inspected to be sure it is in perfect condition prior to credit issued in the same form of payment.

Shipping Policy

We offer free two day shipping on all domestic orders. Many of our pieces are custom made to order and will require 3-4 weeks prior to delivery. The customer will be notified by email when the item is ready to ship. You will receive a confirmation email when order is placed and when order is shipped. All orders are shipped through FedEx or UPS and are fully insured with tracking. A signature is required at the time of receipt for your protection. Due to the value of jewelry, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. 

Please double check you shipping information to be sure it’s accurate, prior to placing your order. 

We currently offer international shipping for Canada and the United Kingdom through FedEx or UPS. All custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.
